BIOGRAPHY
Cousines like Shit is an Austrian avant trash duo consisiting of the two real life cousins Hannah and Laura Breitfuss. They perform live with Lisa Maria Weinberger on the bass and Anna Sophie Adelt on the drums.
Through critical punchlines the cousins proclaim their view on social phenomenons and the paradox of human beings. Tracks like „Barbie“, „Vivid Sassy“ or „Bachelorette“ provide the possibility of self reflexion, can transmit the feeling of being caught or can simply make you smile when acknowledging the comedic character of certain human behavioural patterns. The cousines’ unique style is text-focused and underpinned by simple but catchy melodies.
