FM4 Soundpark is a web platform, community, and radio show for and with Austrian musicians. In an ongoing collaboration, FM4’s team recommends particular artists of the moment to amplify. Today, the honor goes to: NENDA. Five years after her debut single, the artist is releasing her first album “KRRRA“ and taking it on tour.
“It works best when you don’t overthink it.”
Vienna’s St. Marx skatepark—soon to be rubble—sets the scene for NENDA’s next leap: KRRRA, her long-awaited debut album, out November 14, 2025, with a tour kicking off November 26. True to her mantra “It works best when you don’t overthink it,” the record channels the rush of skating into a bold collage of rap, spoken word, indie rock, jazz flecks and soul-thick basslines.

NENDA, who first broke through with 2021’s FM4 Jahrescharts (Annual Charts) #1 “Mixed Feelings” leans into humor as an entry point to heavier themes—grief, belonging, everyday sexism and racism—finding catharsis in motion rather than polish. The sonic backbone comes from guitarist/producer Femi Temowo, with a standout drum salvo by Jas Kayser, and arrangements that feel both street-level and widescreen. Live, expect a through-composed arc rather than stop-start singles: Vienna (Nov 26, Konzerthaus), Linz (Nov 27), Villach (Nov 28), Graz (Nov 29), Hard (Dec 11), Schlanders, IT (Dec 12), Innsbruck (Dec 13).
NENDA’s debut album “KRRRA” will be released on November 14, 2025, by Wirbelwind Productions/Matches Music.
