TMW 2026 welcomes artists of all genres from across the globe to apply for a chance to perform at one of Europe’s most acclaimed international music discovery festivals. The line-up of about 175 artists, selected from applications, is presented across various venues in Tallinn to an audience of around 15,000 and over 1,000 industry professionals on 9 – 11 April 2026. Deadline to apply: 27th of October 23:59 EET / 22:59 CET.


ABOUT TMW 2026

Tallinn Music Week welcomes musicians from all around the world across various genres and backgrounds – from solo acts and ensembles to rap crews and contemporary classical performers, from experimentalists to pop acts, and from electronic producers to jazz and folk players. 

The line-up of about 175 artists, selected from applications, is presented across various venues in Tallinn to an audience of around 15,000 and over 1,000 industry professionals on 9 – 11 April 2026. 

TMW collaborates with the best local and international promoters and curators to seek out distinguished talent, and to provide each act in the line-up with the most suitable showcase night. The festival’s media coverage reaches from leading national channels to international specialist publications. 

All artists/artist collective members and their representatives are offered a TMW PRO Pass that enables participation in both the TMW music festival and conference that includes the artist-tailored education programme of panels, workshops and mentoring sessions.

TMW 2026 main dates

  • Music Festival: Thu, 9 April – Sat, 11 April
    About 175-180 artists from diverse genres and scenes from across Europe and beyond will perform in Tallinn’s top venues for an audience of approximately 18,000 people, including over 1,000 international and Baltic-Nordic music industry professionals.
  • Conference: Fri, 10 April – Sat, 11 April
    Panel discussions, presentations, and practical activities including dedicated mentoring sessions and one-on-ones with industry professionals. Designed to provide new knowledge and valuable connections to support your career development.
  • City Festival: Thu, 9 April – Sun, 12 April
    Daytime experiences throughout Tallinn—from city-stage gigs to art and culinary events. Daytime explorations across Tallinn from city stage gigs to art and cuisine.
