BIOGRAPHY
The young 5-piece band NAPAEA from Graz proves how different, how intense and profound and yet highly entertaining folk music can be.
With guitar, bass, drums, concertina, violin and harmonica, unconventionally instrumented and earthy in tone, the troupe around front woman and singer Katharina Milchrahm makes songs resound that branch out stylistically – from pop to folk to punk – are charged with many emotions and develop from the depths.
